  “We purchased a forklift from New Tec and the head went out on it, so they fixed it for $740. Then it went out again and they told us they would take care of it because they used a head gasket that was not very good. Then when it was done, they sent a $2200 bill and took off $1300 so it was $900. This makes no sense to me. They can not explain why the bill was so much.”
